Wrote this one while buying groceries. It's inspired by one of my favorite poems, can you guess which? Anyway, it's short and titled "Leaving the Comfort Zone". Let me know what you think:

Should I yield and choose to wield
An unfamiliar blade
My favor of the lance and shield
May certainly be swayed

Countering blows in three based flows
Has never never been unfun
How could I know, for certain though
This weapon is the one?

In erstwhile days, stuck in my ways
This lance of mine was fixed
But now my gaze to new steel strays
And my repertoire is mixed
