Let's take the opposite side of my argument:
What would happen if every taxpaying Canadian gave the goverment an extra $100,000 in taxes. What would the government do with the money?
-Would they pay down the debt?
-Would they run a budget surplus?
-Would they reduce goverment waste?
-Would they eliminate needless/redundant agencies?

Or would they just blow it on more DEI, more ethnic gib, more foreign aid, more crony corruption?

I don't expect you to wake the fuck up, but someone else may read this post and ponder the fundamental issue it addresses.

Giving the government MORE money in taxes DOES NOT MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER.
