I see. I used to don a name and converse with the old OP both on and off here. Its a bit sad to hear bro quitted but at the same time i'm not surprised - guy is a little stubborn with people having to follow the rules. Especially with the NTR stuff. At least there's someone to take up the mantle. The very first thread from that guy resulted in me undertaking an art degree right now.

I used to do it via Paint, crop out via lasso then rotate / skew. But it was painfully basic so I moved onto GIMP.

GIMP has a function called "Colour to Alpha"; it basically turns everything white within selected areas into transparent pixels. I just fill painted everything surrounding the impreg bubbles with white fill (threshold low enough to not cover part / all of the impreg bubble) before using that function to turn it transparent.

Nowadays... when im in the mood, I use Photoshop. Magic wand selection does wonders. A more intuitive layer mask system allowing for dynamic transparency edits plus colouring allows me to do slightly complicated edits. Here's an example in pic related that I've done like last week.
