It's pretty difficult to do a tier list with EVERY single fap hero, but I can try doing it with what I have in my personal collection

Depth X/Martoise Mini Compilation, Beats 1 and 2, Fap Hero 2077, Opium, Fap Out (and its hard mode), Animex 2.0, Cummodus, Semperleaf, Paizuri Heaven 4 and 5, almost everything by VanillaDJ, Kingdom Come, SWZBHMV's #14 Bengugu Fap Hero, assorted vids by PixelFH, FH Vivid.
>B tier
Seductive Grimoire, ASSimilation, Animex 1.0, various other fap heroes by SWZBHMV, Collide, basically everything by Meliodas, and most things by SadieHMVs (they're getting better with their newer videos, at least), FapuFapuDance, CATEGORY, Phonky Hero, StarTrak Remaster and other older FHs by Bastati (they're pretty rough. I feel like he really got his shit together after his first few), assorted things by Rondoudou (such as Creme Fap) and assorted things by Jjulez (such as #12 and #26 from him)

Hard to put a lot of stuff here since it's all unmemorable. But I definitely did not enjoy anything by Hentez, and I didn't like Fap Hero MIXR either. That new Lewd Speed Dating one also kinda sucked. I remember Meliodas's Reminiscence FH being a disappointment too.
