Endgame is repetitive highscore chasing and only matters for clout. Optimizing warzone scores can get fairly deep but you either love it or hate it. My personal endgame is just doing solos on high difficulty bosses with my wife. Theres an event up right now Babel Tower, which is perfect for it.
