Your picture is honestly how I got my life together as a teenager. My first girlfriend would often mock my appearance. My haircut, my clothes, my face, my chubbiness, etc. The final straw was when she made a list of the 20 hottest guys she knew and showed it to me. I originally wasn't even on it an complained and she made a new one. I was like, #17. There were several friends of mine on the list that were ranked higher than me. There were also several underclassmen who were at least 2 years younger than us on the list above me. I don't know why she showed it to me except to humiliate me. It made me so mad I broke up with her a few days later (on Valentines Day lol). My hatred of her felt so strong I started an exercise regimen and lost 60 pounds over the next year to prove her wrong. I started getting tons of attention from girls after that so I never spoke to my ex again.

She was a gigantic bitch in many other ways, but I'm actually grateful for her impact on my life. She's the one that finally gave me the motivation to fix myself.
