Skinnyfat isn't a real thing, you're just fat with no muscle mass to carry the fat.
Your image proves what I'm saying. These are all very muscular men with relatively high bodyfat and yet they still look pretty good because the muscle underneath their skin accentuates the shape of the fat. If you don't have that muscle all the fat droops down and gives you a potbelly and man tits and looks terrible.
