Have you played Sudeki? I haven't completed it BUT... The protag is a kinda big anime guy (compared to his friends) and you can acquire a chainsaw sword. The other male party member uses magic guns. There's something fishy about the princess's anime face sometimes. And I think the tunes I've heard are okay.
