it's ok to feel like giving up, negative emotions aren't always meant to be ignored, what's essentially important is to figure out what's causing them and moving on, towards a better future. NEVER be the "sad" or "happy" guy, be whatever you are, doing whatever you think is right, overcoming any struggle you face along the way, because every one of us have it different. "stop being sad, go to the gym" doesn't apply to everyone. you will have to figure out your problems YOURSELF, alone. but i believe you eventually will. if you're seeing this, you're probably over 20 and have been through tough stuff all your life. the fact that you haven't given up proves that you'll keep improving, keep doing better, eventually overcome anything that holds you back. don't lose hope.
