Notice this is all negative, or negative epistomology? They don't know what "good" is, outside the absence of "bad". But it doesn't flow logically that removing what they subjectively perceive as "bad' would make a product that sells.
I watched an old now 12 year old Thunderfoot video where he jokes "The movie industry is an industry. It's designed to make money. Saying "your profits end where my feelings begin" is a recipe for disaster". He was talking about Anita. Companies hired tens of thousands of Anitas.
