If you've never worked in tech or finance (and I'm sure plenty of other fields) you have no fucking idea how useless women are. NO and I mean NO straight white cis women like tech or math or finance. They will do it for the $ and status. But I mean fucking none of them grew up in their spare time fiddling around with tech or teaching themselves about trading.
