That there ramune japanese drink. Turns out a shop nearby has it on import, and I decided to give it a try after having seen it in lotsa anime and games. Holy SHIT, this stuff is good. I don't even know how to describe it but no wonder it's like the default soda flavor for them. The fruit flavors are okay but original is so good that I might be addicted.

Yeah, I told you. Invited family to a nearby empty place to watch fireworks. There's parks and schools and shit nearby, they exploded literally all around. Got drinks, snacks, made smores with the kids. Lots of smores, I'm still making em.

And I was merely content to think of them as really stupid kids at first. Then a huge fucking shell exploded right above the space above my house and my elderly neighbor's. Got fucking pissed and went out front to yell at their asses so hard they went back inside. My own would've been one thing but if hers had been set ablaze, there would've been no guarantee I could've got her out in time. Didn't happen but christ, my heart almost failed.
