agreed. it was the first shock for me, really. coming to grips with the fact that someone i loved, was influenced by, was nothing more than a monster. and now i wonder "why in the world i would idolize someone who is literally paid to lie to me convincingly?" that's the really bizarre bit. actors should return to sucking scum in troupes that are but a step up from gypsies and carnies. that's their role, not kings, not elites, not rulers over us. but here we are. and deception is the king! bah. in the end, he wasn't lying about one thing. that he was on the dark side of the force all along.
