Someone explain the Scythe heatsink options to me. I assume the High Capacity Heatsink has twice the "ammo" but still cools at the normal rate, but what about the High Dissipation Heatsink? Does it sacrifice "ammo" capacity but cools faster? The in-game display does nothing to illustrate how they're different.
