any good guides/ tier lists on the best strikers to aim for as a new player? I got a fuck ton of supports from the banners and starter gifts, and got a really good tank for each damage type, but my strikers seem lacking

Will they do reruns of the event? I cant find concrete info about how it works in the jap version, most outdated post say no while a few said recently they have reruns. I couldnt finish special weeks shit since I started a little late
