the 'executives' push the automation and using cheap overseas help that cost 1/3rd wages to do everything even when it does not fit

I broke a sanding belt on the cheapo harble fright belt sander and I bought a belt yesterday at the orange store, the red belts, and I bought one that was too small and now im a little sore.
it is not a total loss i can use that size belt on a smaller machine that I have. that I have 100 belts for already.
