There is no such thing in scripture as "spiritual Israel", as that very modern interpretation/idea is often called today — "Israel" is still genetic. HOWEVER, the people (not a political state) who are "Israel", i.e. the pure descendants of the man named Jacob/Israel, are not those whom we today call "the Jews" (ethnically), as in fact all ethnic Jews are race-mixed (and indeed are even race-mixed with the descendants of the fallen angel named Satan in scripture.) I believe that, today, via millennia of intermarriage, most or all of the pure white race are pure white descendants of Jacob/Israel — They are Israel.
I'm also pretty sure that, in the book of Revelation, Yahweh/God's chosen people are gathered to that land *after* Jesus returns.

I believe that every instance of the word "Gentile" in the New Testament refers to Israelites living in the dispersion, outside of the land of Judea. "Gentile" comes from the Latin "gentilis" and literally means "of the same race". The English word "genetics" has the same root. I also believe that most or all of the white race today are the pure descendants of the man named Jacob/Israel, and that no ethnic Jew today is, as they are all race-mixed. Once you understand these things, the Bible starts to make a lot more sense.
