I feel like genuine cider is an underappreciated thing due to supermarket cheap ciders and being seen as a girls drink like a beer but for girls. Genuine british artisan cider is a whole game of it's own. Currently having an aged one, almost vinegary but not quite, dry but tasty. Truly a brittish flavor
