I suspect Tara was supposed to be a recurring character playing on the blonde, big-breasted bimbo cheerleader sterotype, but some fag at Disney didn't like it so she was reduced to a background character. It would have been cool to have the cheer squad have actual characters besides Bonnie aside from Tara being CUTE.
