in article I, everything after section 8 has been deleted from the website

>The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.
so they want people to think habeus corpus can never be suspended, not even for the two distinct exceptions the founding fathers clearly wrote into the actual constitution
