Doubtful. Modi got into an argument with Trump in June. Brazil and China have been escalating since January. Lula said he wanted to strategize for a united BRICS front against the US. Modi is meeting Xi and Putin this month. It sounds to me like Trump is pushing for peace, trying to lure the Russians to back away from certain BRICS-related issues.
