When he starts even a SINGLE (let alone 2) foreign wars then you'll have a point. But he's actually done much to wind down the wars he inherited from Obama and Bush in Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc. Maybe a war with Iran might happen, but unless and until it does, this meme holds true.
