He doesn't look typically Slavic maybe, but his phenotype is not so unusual for Slavs, at least for southern Russians and Ukrainians. Russians don't only have those nordic and baltic phenotypes, but also alpinoid, mediterranean and even dinaric as well. Pic is ethnic Russian from Moscow for instance.
