I didn't even use Hyper/Corruption mode until the last 10% of the game because I completely forgot about it. The game goes out of its way to emphasize it's dangerous to use so I never did thinking it was more of a progression tool than a weapon. Are there any parts you have to use it? I've forgotten most of that letdown of a game
