Why does literally no romhack allow as easy access as possble to customization as RR?
>can play with or without EVs and IVs mattering
>can change natures at any pokecenter
>can swap out any move the pokenon knows via learnset or from a tm in the party menu
Every other hack clearly ups the difficulty but then gives you no actual eady way to compensate for it and instead expecting you to seriously hunt for natures in the wild, EV train, and breed.
