By the end of the movie, every single one of them side from Jimmy and Henry was dead and by their "friends" hand. He said guys were whacking each other all the time and over trivial shit. It's ridiculous to think they weren't constantly looking over their shoulder and untrustworthy of everyone. Everyone's always smiles and friendly but they're constantly watching other guys get whacked and never thinking they're next? It's a wonder their organization functioned as long as it did. How could it carry on as if they had an infinite supply of guys when the only people they could count on had to be from the neighborhood, grown up together and such?
