DotA 2 fluctuates from low to high IQ judging by how much you actually need to know about its mechanics and timings vs heralds not caring about shit and just winging it. It definitely does incur a mental illness to keep playing the same map over and over map with altering variables. All Valve games are technically made like that anyways.
