she's fixated in the past, even in Red Ash during her introduction she said she become a nikke so she can go back to the past, to the peaceful days before the war.

It's ironic because everyone believes in Dorothy, but she doesn't believe in herself.
Even Snow White during the Stellar Blade collab mentioned that she still believes in her, in the Goddess of Victory within her.
