it's absurd how broken this pairing becomes with picrel, to the point where it almost feels unintended. with swift resolve stacks and hissabeth's hiss, you are doing 3+ FuA every round, peace bane is doing 600% mass AoE and inflict poison+burn and you stack guardian resolve so fast you have perma 40% dmg reduction. if you buff with rank 3 bless life, liang's FuA gains 100% penetration rate as well
