It honestly surprised me that there was only one new outfit in the stella shop this patch. I guess they're trying to push outfits into the big banner that's there when you open the shop but there's no reason for this to cost actual money instead of paid stellas.
Admittedly I've been emptying out the clothes shop mostly using stellas from the passes and topping up if I really need to but this feels kinda of shitty.
