I commited to do a cosplay in less a month and half, but I'm finding little to no time to work on it outside weekends. Current issue is that I'm not good at doing the pattern for the costume, even as one simple as this. I can see it's just two piecece, one that is worn like a pig poncho and a hood for the head and the weird hump: any suggestion/resource that can help me figure this out?

One more thing: what foam thickness would you suggest for the arms and legs armour? Ordered some 5mm hard and it's too much, but 2mm medium from the same maker is toot hin either
