Patlabor for some reason was the second anime I ever watched, bar azumanga rips on youtube. It's my favorite show/series/everything. Only thing that come close is planetes. TV series is good, but there are some episodes that I'll admit are truly filler crap. End of the TV series is fantastic in my mind though.
