nta, but what you're saying about spawning CEs in OC relibably from mobs isnt true. It took me over 4 weeks to get my berserker's soul (bad rng) so I would know.
Each time I farmed scythe mobs, there were a few times it didnt spawn the zerk CE in like 2-3 hours that I was in there, other times, it took over a hour to a hour and a half to appear. Its extremely unreliable, bozja had guarantees where as this has a queue of some type in the background that is hard-set. I hate this place
