I've never done cosplay before and I've been going to cons for about a decade, I really want to get into it and do certain characters but I also don't want to "buy" a cosplay I'd like to make it from scratch if possible. That being said, how hard would it be to make a Higgs cosplay? I may have to buy the mask if anything but I want it to be fully functional, baby lighting up and all that if anyone knows about it... I know it may seem a bit unrealistic for a starter but it's kinda the only one I want to do.
