I had an epiphany a few years ago. The people who are the most upset about Turkiye are the same people that kept them afloat in their darkest hour. Often on their dying breath.
> Kurds and Circassians directly performed the will of their Sultans and eliminated minorities in the area and allowed themselves to be isolated and made into a pariah.
> Anglos and French defended the Sublime Porte from Russians at the cost of millions of troops and their colonial empires.
> With Obama's diplomacy, Israelis wrapped their arms around Turkiye and defended their actions to the point of discrediting themselves.
> European Union subsidizes their state and directly builds up their energy sector and asks nothing in return. They also make it very easy for Turks to migrate to their country and allow for their diaspora to redirect capital back home. Turks in Berlin have a vote in Turkiye.
> Greeks, contrary to their malakaposting, try to sell their HellenoTurkism snakeoil to Turks, only to get it swatted out of their hands.
> Americans, who quack here and there about muh you wuz anatolianism and muh islam bad, have an entire military base that they send soldiers to just to get spit on and humiliated by Turks with no repercussions. Millions of them go to Turkiye to get their hair done and people in the US outright support their wars. When Erdochad pulled up to the US and his security team beat up a few protestors, the US never did a thing about it.
You are a blasphemer for bringing your God into this. Odds are, your ancestors had a hand in what happened. What you say now will not change the trajectory of their state nor will it change where they stand in the world. Accept it.
