Two well armed racial mobs meet outside the courthouse; but since the city is 20% black and 80% white the white mob is a lot bigger. Eventually someone shoots first and all hell breaks lose, blacks are shooting at any white they see, whites are shooting at any black they see, its a bad scene man. The blacks being heavily outnumbered get routed and the whites assault their neighborhood and burn much of it too the ground. In the aftermath there are a handful of dead whites and a lot of dead blacks.

The moral of the story is that racial identity politics are dangerous and the minorities always loose a race war; but of course the media want to sell the black victim hood narrative so they almost always removes all the context that would let people learn from the tragedy and instead pretend that the Tulsa riot was just mean old whites attacking blacks who dindu nuffin.
