I am one of the biggest critics of our mutt-filled welfare-queen ZOG force, but the simple truth is that the US military just doesn't do big military parades like this, so they don't practice for it. Most soldiers do a bit of parading in boot camp and then never really bother with it ever again. We have some ceremonial units that are much sharper and more coordinated, but they are much smaller in scale than what Russia, China, and NK have. Those countries have much larger units dedicated to parading and spend way more time preparing--meanwhile, this was probably an instance where they grabbed a bunch of random soldiers and forced them to do this with 2 weeks of preparation.
