Except this is just moving the goalposts, the original guy said it lets you do something that isn't possible at all even if you're on top of the servers, which it doesn't, you still can't triple weave without clipping even with the slowest possible GCD.
JP NIN players could do Raitons with the same slight clip back before Mudras were GCDs so it's definitely similar if you have god tier ping.
