my target was a 9:00/mi pace, and despite bouncing wildly between 8 and 10, I actually hit it, so yay, though i think i need to back the fuck off for a bit, because today hurt a lot, idk i might have rhabdo'd myself, and i want to do a charity 5K saturday morning, last time i did it there were some cute girls
at one point an Army Blackhawk flew overhead, idk why
saw 2 buns, but i wore my shorts that have no pockets, so i only took a few carrots and dropped them at the starting point, the lil one was there, and he again ignored the carrot, but when i got back it was gone so who knows, maybe he won't eat in front of me
