She is not ugly but:

>nose too strong
>not enough foward maxilia projection
>short lower third, short rammus
Im not a fan of light eyes, which make her a 4/10 to me. Im not a fan of short hair and think it made her look like a lesbian. It didnt improve her aesthetics at all. The point is, there will be people out there who really like short hair and think is she a 8/10, you cannot please everyone, thats life.
