Sometimes I wonder what the manga could've become if the original idea of a detective and a serial killer working together (in "marriage) was not rejected by Editor-san? Would we get chapters of the author trying to explain the intricacies of police work, and of getting away with committing murder? Would there be more sex between adult Akita and adult Setsuna since they are "married"? Love triangle between Setsuna and Akita's kouhai (or kouhai-chan investigating them and Setsuna accusing Akita of cheating on her)? I think it would've been more kino than high school fight club.
