Big thanks to the anons the other day who recommended lots of salt and lots of butter, it really made a huge difference to the flavour. The butter especially is something I never would've thought of but it makes everything so creamy and I was wolfing it down lol it was that tasty. Just threw together a mish-mash sauce to go with the pasta:

>Butter
>Vegetable stock
>Tinned chopped tomatoes
>A bunch of herbs including parsley and oregano
>Salt
>Pepper
>Some flour to help it thicken
