I just get why the fuck Hun Sen leaked the recording. Why give the Thai army a way to circumvent the civilian government that could be negotiated with? What the hell does Cambodia get out of that? International rulings on the border have always gone in Cambodia's favor, and because every news agency only has a Bangkok office, Cambodia can't even state it's (still suspect) case. It just doesn't make any fuckin sense
