I had something of a realization today.
As I saw and participated in Rosemary and Mina posts, I realized that I, a JPurist, don't actually hate Archie. I hate that it misrepresented the brand, and misled fans, and I hate that its fans and creators still poison us today. But I don't hate Archie and the separate world it did try to be away from the games. Nowadays the only separate take we have is the movies.
And most of all, I appreciate the goonable females. So fuck it. In the name of Rosemary, Mina, and Eclipse, I tip my cap and raise my glass to you, Archie comics. Sayonara.
