Toilet in Wonderland is peak shitpost kino
Cat in the Box is pretty nice to unravel on multiple playthroughs. There's a lot of secrets in the early game you'd miss the first time around just because you're not aware of the nature of the story until you get to the end.
Personal recommendation is Hello Charlotte. It's a trilogy of games that start out like a traditional amateur RPGM horror game, but by the third game's end you'll feel like you were given a peek into a a crack of the window curtain of the dev's psyche and left to ponder on the little context you were allowed. It's truly a strange experience.
