Kek but seriously a couple of mods are helpful help for visibility: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2202 allows you to move the camera's position in the car, and https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/18952 allows for more natural head movement by de-coupling the camera from the car (although rear-view does not work in all cars; the modder said that was being worked on, but that was back in March...).
