Looks like France, our shitskin problem is out of control. The current trend is, when lot of people are in the same place, shitskins sticks people with needles. There are different strategies, one is to incapacitate the victim to either rape or steal stuff, the other reasons are unknow.

If it's well done, you can't. Size and hold play a critical role, but even if you are willing to pull the other guy eyes out, you have seconds, barely (the hold stops blood from going to the brain, nothing to do with breathing). Don't believe the self defense retards about strategies. Sticking a knife in the guy could do the trick but again, you have seconds.
