Arrowhead genuinely believe there's nothing wrong with the orbital railcannon strike and its abysmal pick rate can be fully explained by players just not giving it a chance. Remember that they don't look at feedback because it hurts their feelings. They also generally don't perceive an item that is worse than all of its alternatives as a balancing issue.
