Do you mean these? Most of them are related to completing the Event Story Quests. The one with 5 Ether Stones is for clearing a Challenge Quest and one of the ones with Gnomon's Sidekick Mind as a reward is just sending Heroes on sales trips to get the event item but I don't know about the other one I already cleared it.

It's a pleasant surprise especially since they could have decided not to give anything as a clear reward.

1st skill just Inflicts Vertigo and gains 1000 VP
His passive increases ally attack based on the total VP before using a skill activation up to 50% Atk when the VP total is 35,000 or higher.
2nd skill heals one ally and their adjacent allies for a smaller amount. He will also increase Harmonics by 2 and will further increase Harmonics up to a max of 6 by consuming 1000 VP for each stack. He also gains Harmonics when an ally earns VP.
At the start of an allies action if they have taken damage during the current turn or have a Debuff Danzo will use one stack of Harmonics to heal the ally and remove 1 Debuff.
3rd skill inflicts Super Speed Down on all enemies and grants Concerto to all allies. He will also give himself Voltage for three turns. When he has Voltage if an ally with Concerto damages an enemy he will follow up with an attack called Pick Toss and if the ally used a non damaging skill Danzo will attack all enemies instead. The damage increases based on the total VP gained while Voltage is active. After 80,000 VP is gained PT uses 170% of his attack. Also if you use his 3rd Skill while Voltage is still active it will increase the duration by one turn. Sterio, Borealis (with his Skill Tree), and a DPS seem like good teammates for follow up shenanigans
