Why are IS so spitefully retarded? It is the ONLY game that regularly does above average. The only characters comparable are the lords. This gacha signed its own death warrant when it had a 3H content drought in Book 8 for literally no reason. Bang. Most of your casual spenders and hardcore whales gone overnight.

Fates and Awakening got more units than 3H last year. They also never saw such extreme cuts in content. They did it because they were resentful of Koei's success with their IP and killed their game as a result. Book 8 never should have happened. 30+ units in one year for a game with zero popular characters was a travesty and it's unsurprising we couldn't recover from that level of mismanagement.
